Biography

Pam Clevenger is a Business Analyst Manager for Alliance Enterprises, responsible for analyzing Aware business requirements for implementations, managing technical changes and communicating those changes to customers. Aware is Alliance’s case management software used by 37 state agencies and 24 tribal nations. More than 12,000 counselors use the software to help find and maintain meaningful work for people with disabilities.

During her five years at Alliance, Pam has developed a strong knowledge of clients’ business needs and has helped convert it into productivity improvements at multiple state agencies. She is a subject matter expert for the Social Security Reimbursement application in Aware.

Previously, over the course of 20 years Pam held several management and business analytics roles, including the management of case management programs, at the Washington State Department of Corrections.

Pam holds a Master’s of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College 2008, and a Bacheolor’s of Arts, Psychology and Education, also from Evergreen.
